Making A Purchase
note:- You Must Have 'Cookies' 'Enabled' on your Computer, as this is necessary to enable the 128 bit security encryption.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our 'Online Shop', and click 'Buy Now' on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping cart, after you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout ' to complete your Order, and you will be asked for your details that we need to be able to satisfy your Order.
Please note: Although we try our utmost best to keep up to date with any price changes, outwardly sourced parts prices may possibly be subject to change at any time (due to our suppliers prices changing without daily informing us, or recent currency fluctuations), you will be informed before any payment is taken.
We accept most Credit cards (except AMEX). By placing your order on our site will show the transaction in 'Pounds Sterling' and 'US Dollars', your Credit Card Company will automatically convert the value on your Statement to your own Currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, unless any part is a 'Special Order' Item. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or here securely 'Online'.
Shipping And Handling
Charges will be confirmed and added.
If carriage charge is £40 or under to any destination, parts will be sent automatically. Otherwise we will contact you regarding delivery rates prior to processing your order as these can vary greatly depending on size and weight.
After you have placed your order we will contact you with a choice of shipping costs. If we do not recieve a reply within 5 days, parts will be Shipped at most economical rate.

Note: Though as much as we would like to be able to confirm on the site the exact carriage cost of each order this is not possible, as any order could be of any combination of any parts then even the best computer on this planet could not calculate which parts may physically fit inside other parts to lessen/decrease the size of the box therefore affecting dimensional size/shipping cost, this can only be done manually by us at this end with each order, also dependant upon overseas area destination, of which we will always package parts to their utmost efficiency to save your cost.
ENVIROMENTAL AWARENESS
When you receive your parts from us, there is every chance it will be in recycled packaging. Whilst making every effort to pack our goods neatly and effectively to prevent damage in transit, we will use packaging that has been used before, boxes, padded bags and internal packaging such as bubblewrap.
Not only is this better for the environment, reducing the amount that is sent to landfill, but it keeps the costs down to you as we never buy-in brand new fancy packaging materials.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed stating the delivery time to us of your item.
This does not mean that this part is 'definitely not' in stock, it merely means that stock here is not quaranteened. So a special production time / delay may be necessary, i.e. time to make, usually 3-4 weeks.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Your rights to cancel your Contract or order, as detailed herein, shall only apply to a person who purchases goods as a consumer buyer and is resident within European Economic Community where rights which accrue By virtue of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Apply .All orders are accepted by Exactrep on these conditions of sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Director of the company. No liability can be accepted for errors or omissions in any technical data or literature supplied to the customer. Exactrep may in certain circumstances, decline to trade with any company or individual. Also and not withstanding any other provisions of these conditions of sale, Exactrep may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving the customer notice of non-acceptance within twenty one working days of receipt of an order. Should a customers order not be accepted in respect of which payment has been received, the full amount of any such payment will be refunded.
1)Advice of Non-arrival of goods must be made within 10 days.
2)Claims for damage, faulty or short delivery will not be accepted unless made within 7 days of delivery.
3)Exactrep reserves the right to modify goods and specifications without prior notice in the interest of product development.
4)Whilst every care is taken in all stages of manufacture Exactrep will not accept any liability, responsibility for damage, injury, loss, or subsequent cost or expenses incurred as a result of the use or due to bad fitting of the Company's products,(or lack of pre-fitting/inspection before finishing of parts) or by unqualified persons.
Parts supplied must be fitted by qualified persons after referring to the original workshop manual.
5)You have the Right to cancel the order any time up to the end of seven working days after you have received the goods, unless you have ordered Special order goods. A working day is any day other than weekends, Bank holidays or other Public holidays. You must give notice to Exactrep in writing, by hand, post, fax or E mail (a phone call is not enough!), giving details of the goods ordered, Invoice No and (where appropriate) their delivery, your reason for returning the goods. Goods returned by virtue of this or any other clause must be returned in the original packaging (and without being installed or used with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) complete and in the same condition as was despatched. To Exercise your rights of Cancellation, you must firstly contact Exactrep as to your intention, Quoting your Order No Date or Invoice No. You will then be given a "Returns Number", which must accompany a written letter within the returned parts package. Goods must be returned to the address on the Invoice. (Note: Overseas return orders MUST be marked 'Zero value' / 'return warranty parts' so as not to incur wrongful import duties our end).
6)Goods for return Must be prior arranged and at the Company's discretion with Exactrep and may be subject to a 15% handling charge. No returns cost for faulty goods.
7)Title of the goods remain with the Company until full payment is received for the goods and the buyer will agree that up to the time of full payment (or at any later time if payment is withdrawn), the Company may at any time enter the premises of the Customer and reclaim the goods invoiced.
8)It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the goods from the time of loading at the Company's premises, as the goods are ex-works, excepting where the goods are being delivered by the Company's own transport wherein liability will cease at the point of unloading.
9)No goods manufactured by the Company shall be affixed thereto by the buyer any mark sign or lettering additional to that affixed by the Company except with the written authority of Exactrep. Nor shall any document literature or other representation whatsoever be made by the buyer directly or indirectly as representing the goods as being other than of the manufacture construction or design of Exactrep.
9A)Note: All 'Special Order' Parts (i.e.: Otec or others) are payment first, non-cancellable.
10)Refunds will only be given on parts returned providing they are received in the original condition sent (see point 5 above) and accompanied by a copy or the original invoice.
Delivery Normally, orders received are despatched within 24 hours. Exactrep accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver within the estimated delivery times. The customer must inspect delivered products as soon as is reasonably possible following delivery. Any damage or shortage must be reported to Exactrep within seven working days. If the customer fails to give such notice, the product shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the contract, and free from any fault or defect, which would be apparent on reasonable examination. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly.
Order with Confidence Prices are correct at the time of going to press. However, prices may change at any time, either Up or Down. Please confirm current prices at the time of ordering. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with every thing you order and with every aspect of our Service. We constantly encourage our suppliers to improve the quality and update the specifications of their Products, so when you sometimes find minor variations, you can be sure that they are changes for the better.
Exports The customer acknowledges that any products or technical data may be subject to the export control restrictions applicable to Exactrep and / or the customer under U.K. or foreign laws or regulations. The customer will not do or omit to do anything that would place Exactrep in breach of the said laws and regulations.
Guarantee Most components are guaranteed for one year. Exactrep guarantees, at its discretion, to refund the price of the goods or to replace free of charge any goods found to our satisfaction to be defective within twelve months from the date of despatch, provided that the goods have not been subjected to conditions beyond their specification, and all reasonable care has been given to them. Exactrep will undertake to inspect any defective goods. If these goods are found to be in good working order Exactrep reserve the right to make minimum administration charge to the customer. Exactrep will not accept returned goods without prior consent, except under guarantee.
Note 1: All 'Exactrep' Alumininium cast parts are individually handmade sand cast & may have minor imperfections: i.e. small dot/pinholes
Note 2:
All panels are handmade, and as such a small degree of fitting may be required. This can include sanding or filing lugs or edges to ensure the best available fit. It can also mean that some holes may need to be made slightly larger to accommodate position. (Please bear in mind that on older bikes it is not uncommon for mounting brackets to be out of line).
No panels are supplied as a colour match to the original paint scheme. This means that panels are provided on the basis that they will be prepared and painted by a professional. Any slight surface imperfections are remedied with the correct paint process.
All panels should be fitted PRIOR to painting, Exactrep cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred when panels are painted before being fitted.
Important Note
1) Please Pre-Fit all products before Painting; this is to ensure that there is no 'Foul' Condition with possibly any other accessories that you may have fitted or if any 'movement' may have occurred since despatch from 'Exactrep'. As no liability can be accepted by us for any costs incurred after, due to ill fitting.
2) When Painting all GRP Products never force dry or apply any sort of Heat, as this could cause 'Twisting' of the part, and bubbling of the surface.
